Teacher Transfer Portal
The education department of Assam has launched a new online application portal named “Teacher Transfer Management System” AKA “HRMS Assam” for all the government teachers who are willing to be transferred. The objective behind this initiative is to reduce corruption and speed up the process by digitizing the process and maintaining the Pupil Teacher Ration in schools. In this new digital process, the desired teachers will be able to submit their transfer requests in the form of an application on the official HRMS portal without visiting any office of the department. HRMS Assam or Teacher Transfer Management System has been launched on 22nd November 2021.

Type of Teacher: This portal and process are developed for all government teachers of Assam.
Date of Launch: 22nd November 2021.
Eligibility: All the teachers of government/ provincial schools from lower primary to senior secondary schools are eligible to participate in this teacher transfer management system of Assam.
Date of Applications: Teachers can submit their application for transfer between 1st April to 30th April every year.
Transfer of Teachers: The movement of the transferred teachers shall take place during the Summer Vacation only.

How to Submit Online Transfer Application?
Education Department, Assam launched the Teacher Transfer Management System or HRMS Portal on 22nd November 2021 to reduce the hassle of the traditional teacher transfer process. The HRMS has been developed to maintain the Pupil Teacher Ration (PTR) in the government/ provincial schools of Assam in respect of “Assam Elementary and Secondary School Teachers’ (Regulation of Posting and Transfer Act, 2020”.
To submit online applications for both types of transfers (i.e. Mutual and Single), teachers can watch the following embedded YouTube video. How to Update Service Profile Details?
All eligible teachers have to submit their service profile details on the management system within the time limit prescribed by the department. Only after that, the main process of transfer will be started and teachers will be able to submit their transfer request on the portal. All our users will be able to submit their profile details by visiting the Submit Service Profile link, which is provided in the section on important links. Also, users can follow the steps listed below to complete the profile submission process.

| In that portal, click on Create Account button. |
| After that, you have to provide all your asked details. |
| Now, you will need to login to the portal. |
| To login, click on the Login button, enter your mobile number in place of Username and your chosen password in place of the Password. |
| Then click on the yellow Log In button. |
| Now, you will get 11 sections. In those sections, you have to fill in your complete details. |
| After filling all the sections, you can submit your Service Profile Details by clicking on the Submit button. |
