The Foreign Tribunal, Cachar has issued an official recruitment notification for the recruitment of temporary posts of various Grade-III and Grade-IV 33 posts. Foreigners Tribunal Recruitment Details

1. Stenographer

No of Posts: 05 Posts

Educational Qualification:

1. Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary from a recognized Board or Council.
2. Candidate should have Diploma/ Certificate in Stenography from ITI / Polytechnic.
3. Candidate should have minimum 6 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, they should have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system such as word processor, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, database concept, internet, e-mail, DTP (English/ Bengali), etc.

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 – Rs.60,500 plus Grade Pay of Rs.7,400 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

2. LDA

No of Posts: 02 Posts

Educational Qualification:

1. Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary from a recognized Board or Council.
2. Candidate should have minimum 6 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, they should have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system such as word processor, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, database concept, internet, e-mail, DTP (English/ Bengali), etc.

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 – Rs.60,500 plus Grade Pay of Rs.6,200 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

3. Typist

No of Posts: 03 Posts

Educational Qualification:

1. Candidate should have passed HSLC from a recognized Board or Council.
2. Candidate should have minimum 6 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, they should have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system such as word processor, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, database concept, internet, e-mail, DTP (English/ Bengali), etc.

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 – Rs.60,500 plus Grade Pay of Rs.6,200 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

4. Bench Assistant

No of Posts: 05 Posts

Educational Qualification:

1. Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary from a recognized Board or Council.
2. Candidate should have minimum 6 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Pay Scale: Rs.9,000/- per month (Fixed)

6. Data Entry Operator

No of Posts: 11 Posts

Educational Qualification:

1. Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary from a recognized Board or Council.
2. Candidate should have minimum 6 months diploma in computer application from government recognized institutes. Also, they should have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system such as word processor, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, database concept, internet, e-mail, DTP (English/ Bengali), etc.

Pay Scale: Rs.10,000/- per month (Fixed)

7. Office Peon

No of Posts: 01 Post

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed class 8th but under matriculate.

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 – Rs.37,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

8. Chowkidar

No of Posts: 01 Post

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed class 8th but under matriculate.

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 – Rs.37,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Other Details of Foreigners Tribunal Recruitment

Age Limit: The candidates must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2021.

Age Relaxation: The upper age relaxation will be as follows-

• OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
• ST/SC: 5 Years
• Ex-Servicemen: 2 Years
• PwD: 10 Years

Note: The Age limit of candidates will be calculated on the basis of Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority or Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card/ Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council. No other documents shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.
