The Deputy Commissioner, Cachar has released two official recruitment notifications regrading the  recruitment of 48 posts of Junior Assistant & Grade-IV under the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Cachar. The candidates who fulfill their eligibility criteria as per the official notifications of DC Cachar are able to submit their online application for these 48 posts of Grade-III and Grade-IV. 1. Junior Assistant (Grade-III)

Educational Qualification: The candidates must posses a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government. The candidates must possess a minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Application from any Govt. Recognized Institute. The candidates must have the proficiency in basic computer application like MS Windows, Linux, MAC, EXCEL, PowerPoint, DTP (English/Bengali), Spreadsheet, presentation of graphics, concept of database, word processor, internet processing, e-mail, etc.

Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs.60,500 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

2. Process Server (Grade-IV)

No of Posts: 01 Post (Unreserved)

Educational Qualification: The candidate must need to be Class 8th passed.

Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.12,000 – Rs.52,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4,400 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

3. Office Peon (Grade-IV)

No of Posts: 04 Posts

• ST (P): 01 Post

Educational Qualification: The candidate must need to be Class 8th passed.

Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.12,000 – Rs.52,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

4. Chowkidar (Grade-IV)

No of Posts: 05 Posts

• Unreserved: 01 Post
• OBC/MOBC: 01 Post
• EWS: 01 Post
• ST (H): 01 Post
• ST (P): 01 Post

Educational Qualification: The candidate must need to be Class 8th passed.

Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.12,000 – Rs.52,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900 and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Other Details of DC Cachar Recruitment

Age Limit: The candidates must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2021.

Age Relaxation: The upper age relaxation will be as follows-

• OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
• ST/SC: 5 Years

Note: The Age limit of candidates will be calculated on the basis of Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority or Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card/ Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council. No other documents shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.
