The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has successfully conducted the OMR Based Screening Test for the recruitment of 20 Grade-IV vacancies under the establishment of the Assam Public Service Commission. Selection Process & Interview Ratio
According to the official notification, the selection is made through two phases. The recent exam was Phase-I (Screening Test) covering General Studies, Arithmetic, and English. Based on the performance in Phase-I, candidates will be shortlisted for Phase-II (Interview).
The Commission has stated that candidates will be called for the interview in a ratio of 1:5 based on category-wise reservations. This means for the 20 vacancies, approximately 100 candidates will be shortlisted for the interview round.

Step 2: Click on the link titled “Grade IV Result”. This will automatically download or open the official Merit List released by the Assam Public Service Commission.
Step 3: Once the PDF is open, use the search option (Ctrl+F on a computer or the “Find” feature on mobile) and enter your Roll Number.
Step 4: If your Roll Number is present in the list, it means you have successfully qualified for the Phase-II (Interview) round. You should save the PDF for future reference.
