Fire & Emergency Services Recruitment Details
Government of Assam has sanctioned 70 posts of Constables (WO/WT/CY) for newly created Assam Commando Battalions. These newly sanctioned 70 post will be clubbed along with 441 post of Constable (WO/WT/OPR) already advertised as the essential qualification and other criteria of both the post are same.
However, the candidate those who applied earlier for the posts of Constable (WO/WT/OPR) against advertisement dated 15th February 2022 need not to apply again and their candidature will be considered for the newly sanction 70 posts of Constables (WO/WT/CY) for Assam Commando Battalions also. Educational Qualification: 10+2 (Science) passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council. The candidates must have obtained pass marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) of 10+2 (Science) examination to apply for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-60,500/- (Pay Band II), with Grade pay of Rs.6,200/- and other admissible allowances.
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years as on 1st January 2022. Candidate must be born on or before 01/01/2004 and on or after 01/01/1997.

Nationality: Candidate must be Indian citizen of India and Permanent Resident of Assam.
PRC Certificate: Selected candidates will have to submit proof of residence/Domicile Certificate after publication of the final select list. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC/MOBC are exempted from submitting such certificates.
Employment Exchange Registration: The candidate must submit a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number while submitting the application for this recruitment.
