What is SEBA Online Correction of Certificates?
In this portal an online correction of document’s option is available and this option is strongly usable for those people whose name or any other details are incorrect on their certificate. Candidate who want correct their details in their certificate will able to correct their those details by applying for this service.
Through this portal candidate is able to correct their incorrect data of Registration Card, Admit Card, Marks Sheet & Pass Certificate.

We know that you saw an option called migration in official portal of SEBA online services, through this option student who want to change their board from SEBA to any other board/ university they need to apply for a migration certificate and that will be done through this option. Intended candidate will able to submit their migration application and able to apply for migration certificate through this online portal with required documents and required application fee.

How to Apply in SEBA Online Service Portal
Candidate need to follow below provided step one by one to complete online application process for Correction, Duplicate & Migration of Certificate.
- Scroll down, check Important Links section,
- Click on desired option from Correction, Duplicate & Migration,
- A page will load, enter your all asked details & upload your document (Registration or Admit Card),
- Click on Proceed to Payment button and pay required amount.
- After that, you will get an ARN which will be used for further process.
Note: Upload Registration Card for Correction of Registration Card / Admit Card/ Marks Sheet/ Pass Certificate for students of 1998 batch or after and Admit Card in case of students prior to 1998.
What Documents need to Apply in SEBA Online Service Portal?
- Scanned copy of required documents as per application type. Scanned image should be in .jpeg/.png format.
- Roll & No. of the HSLC/AHM Examination appeared with academic year & Registration No (If applicable).
- Details of Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking for making online payment of application.
- A working mobile number to receive future updates of process.
