Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup issued an official notification for the recruitment of 21 posts of Gaon Pradhan under the various revenue circles of the district. DC Kamrup has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill these vacant Gaon Pradhan vacancies. The candidates who are eligible as per the official notification will be able to submit their online applications through the official web portal of the Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup within the last date.

Name of Post: Gaon Pradhan
No of Posts: 21 Posts
Name of Revenue Circles: Nagarbera, Chamaria, Boko, Chaygaon, Palashbari, Rangia, Kayan, North Guwahati and Hajo.
Educational Qualification: The candidate is required to have passed the 10th standard or matriculation from a recognized institution or board.
Remuneration: Rs.9,000/- per month.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 30 years and not more than 65 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement.
Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the area in respect of which he/she seeks an appointment.
Property: Candidate should have landed property/ immovable property in his/ her name in the area in which he/ she intends to be appointed as Gaon Pradhan.
Children: Candidate should not have more than 2 (two) living children from single or multiple partners. Candidate should furnish a self-affidavit that the applicant does not have more than two living children from single/ multiple partners.
Government Employee: The candidate should not be a government employee.
Political Party: The candidate should not be a member of any political party.
