Indian Navy Admit Card 2021

Indian Navy has successfully received online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Matric Recruit, Artificer Apprentice and Senior Secondary Recruits. Candidates who have submitted their online applications will be called for written examination and physical efficiency test. As per the official notification, Indian Navy will call around 10,000 candidates for this written exam and PFT. The admit card for the written exam and PFT will be available on the official website of the Indian Navy for the candidates to download.

Indian Navy Admit Card Release Date

Candidates who have submitted their online application on the official portal of Indian Navy and expected to be shortlisted for written examination and PFT will be able to download their admit cards from the same web portal where they submitted their online application. As per the earlier notification, Indian Navy will shortlist only around 10,000 candidates for written examination and PFT. Hence, the admit card will be available only for those shortlisted candidates. The admit card for MR, AA and SSR has been released on 24th November 2021.

Candidates who had submitted their online applications for the above mentioned recruitment of Indian Navy will be able to download their admit card or call letter from the official portal. Also, candidates can follow the simple steps listed below to download their admit card.

  • Select your State, verify Captcha and click on Save.
  • Enter your Registered Email Address, Password, verify Captcha & click on Login.
  • After that candidate will be able to download his/her admit card.

Selection Criteria of Navy AA/SSR Recruitment

Indian Navy will conduct two types of examination for this recruitment, which is Written Examination and Physical Fitness Test. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Indian Navy will call around 10,000 candidates for written examination and PFT. Candidates will be selected for written examination and PFT on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination (i.e. 12th examination).

1. Written Examination

The details of the written examination to be conducted to select the eligible candidates for this recruitment will be as follows.

Medium of Exam: The question paper will be in two languages ​​Hindi and English.

Type of Question: The questions will be of objective type.

Syllabus: The question paper will have four sections i.e. English, Science & Mathematics and General Knowledge. All questions will be 12th level questions. Click here for Syllabus.

Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam will be of 60 minutes.

Total Marks: The exam will be conducted for 100 marks.

2. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test is mandatory for selection and without qualifying PFT candidates will not be able to participate in the further process. The details of PFT will be as follows.

Running: Candidates have to complete 1.6 Km race within 7 minutes.

Uthak Baithak and Push-ups: Candidates will also have to complete 20 squats (Uthak Baithak) and 10 push-ups.

Note: The written examination and physical fitness test will be conducted on the same day.

Merit List of Indian Navy Recruitment

The merit list of Indian Navy Recruitment will be prepared on the basis of performance in the written examination subject to qualifying the physical fitness test.

For AA: Around 600 candidates based on all India merit will be issued call up letter for Enrollment Medical Examination at INS Chilka.

For SSR: Around 2500 candidates based on state wise merit will be issued call up letter for Enrollment Medical Examination at INS Chilka.
