NEET Admit Card 2026
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2026 admit card on its official website. The admit card or hall ticket is issued on 14 June 2026. The NEET UG 2026 examination is scheduled for 21 June 2026.
Candidates who submitted their online applications for NEET UG 2026 during the application period (8 February to 11 March 2026) can download their admit cards from the official portal. To download the admit card, candidates will need their application number and password or date of birth. Before the admit card, NTA first released a city intimation slip, which informs candidates about the exam city allotted to them.

NEET UG 2026 Exam Pattern
The NEET UG 2026 exam will have 180 compulsory multiple-choice questions spread across three subjects — Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Physics and Chemistry carry 45 questions each worth 180 marks, while Biology has 90 questions worth 360 marks. Each correct answer earns 4 marks and each wrong answer results in a deduction of 1 mark. Unanswered questions carry no penalty. The exam is conducted in offline mode using an OMR sheet, and candidates must use a blue or black ballpoint pen to mark their responses.
The question paper will be available in 13 languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates who select English will receive the paper in English only. Those who select Hindi or any regional language will receive a bilingual paper — one in the selected language and the other in English.
Details on NEET Admit Card 2026
The NEET UG 2026 admit card will contain several details that candidates should verify carefully after downloading. These include the candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, photograph, category, roll number, exam centre name and address, exam date and timing, and other guidelines for the exam day. Documents to Carry on Exam Day
Candidates must carry the following documents on the day of the NEET UG 2026 examination: a printed copy of the NEET admit card with a postcard-size photograph pasted in the designated space, a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence), and a passport-size photograph (same as uploaded during the application). PwBD candidates should also carry their disability certificate if applicable. The admit card must be dropped in a box placed outside the exam hall after the examination is over.
How to Download NEET Admit Card 2026?
Candidates can download the NEET UG 2026 admit card from the official NTA website. Follow the steps given below to download your admit card.
Step 1: Visit the official NEET website at neet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the “NEET UG 2026 Admit Card” download link on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your application number, date of birth (or password), and the security pin displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Click on the Submit button. Your admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Verify all the details printed on the admit card carefully.
Step 6: Download the admit card in PDF format and take a clear printout.
Note: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot Password” option on the NEET portal. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Candidates should keep their application number and password safe throughout the process.
Candidates are advised to take at least two to three printouts of the admit card. In case one is lost or damaged, the extra copies will come in handy. Also, make sure the printed admit card is clear and readable — blurred printouts may cause trouble at the exam centre.
