Driving License: Candidates must hold valid Driving license to drive LMV/Four wheeler vehicles for not less than 5 (five) years.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/- per month with other admissible allowances.

Paste one recent Passport size Colour Photograph in the specified box and submit another two passport size photograph with the application form. Put applicant’s signature in the box specified for signature.
