NEET Online Application 2025
The National Testing Agency of India has released an official notification regarding the NEET (UG) 2025. NEET (UG) 2025 is going to be conducted by NTA for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS and BHMS Courses. The NEET (UG) has been conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) since 2019 with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Human Resource Development (which is now known as the Ministry of Education). This year, NEET UG 2025 will be conducted on 4th May 2025 and candidates can apply online for it from 7th February 2025.

Courses: NEET UG will be conducted for admission to the following medical courses.
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS )
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS)
- Bachelor of Siddha Medicine & Surgery (BSMS)
- Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS)
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
Exam Date: 4th May 2025 (Sunday)
Duration of Exam: 180 Minutes (3 Hours)
Timing of Exam: 2 PM to 5 PM
Mode of Exam: Offline
Eligibility Criteria of NEET UG
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Bio-technology at the 10+2 examination. In respect of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, PWBD, or Other Backward Classes (NCL), the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology are taken together in the 10+2 examination shall be 40% marks instead of 50% marks for Unreserved and General-EWS Candidates.
10+2 Appearing Students: Candidates who are appearing at the 10+2 Examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subject and expect to pass the Examination with the required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply and appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination. However, their candidature will be considered only if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the 10+2 Examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks.
Nationality: Citizens belonging to the following nationalities are eligible to apply for NEET (UG).
- Indian Nationals.
- Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
- Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
- Persons with Indian Origin (PIO).
- Foreign Nationals.
Age Limit: A candidate who has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31st December 2025 can apply for NEET UG 2025.
NEET (UG) Exam Pattern
The Test pattern of NEET (UG) comprises four Subjects. Each subject will consist of two sections. Section A will consist of 35 Questions and Section B will have 15 Questions, out of these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions. So, the total number of questions and utilization of time will remain the same.
The pattern for the NEET (UG) 2025 Examination for admission in the Session 2025-26 is as follows.

Application Fee of NEET UG

The recent passport-size photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against the white background. Also, the following criteria must be matched.
