The National Insurance Company Limited has released an official notification for the recruitment of 500 Assistant posts in the Class III cadre. Eligible candidates can submit their online applications through the official National Insurance web portal.

Name of Post: Assistants
No of Posts: 500 Posts
Educational Qualification: A candidate must have a minimum qualification of a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. The candidate must possess a certificate as proof of passing the qualifying examination by 1st October 2024.
Knowledge of Language: Knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the State/UT for which a candidate is applying is essential. To assess the candidate’s proficiency in the regional language, a Regional Language Test will be conducted before the final selection. Candidates who are not found proficient in the test will be disqualified.
Exam Centres (Assam): Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Jorhat and Silchar.
Age Criteria
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 30 years as of 1st October 2024. Candidates must have been born not later than 1st October 2003 and not earlier than 2nd October 1994 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 years for ST candidates and 10 years for PwD candidates.
Application Fee
Candidates have to pay the application fee to complete their online application process, the fee may vary according to the reservation category of the candidates. The complete details regarding the fee are given below.
