Indian Coast Guard Recruitment
The Indian Coast Guard has released an official notification for the recruitment of 300 vacancies for Navik (General Duty) and Navik (Domestic Branch) through the Coast Guard Enrolled Personnel Test (CGEPT) 02/2025 Batch. Organization: Indian Coast Guard
Age Limit: The candidate’s age must be between 18 and 22 years. This means the candidate should have been born between 1st September 2003 and 31st August 2007 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation: An upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates is applicable only if the posts are reserved for these categories.
Examination Fee: Candidates are required to pay an examination fee of ₹300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only). However, SC/ST candidates are exempted from the fee. The payment can be made through Net Banking from any bank or using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Cards or UPI Payment.
Educational Qualification
Navik (GD): Candidates must have passed the 12th class with Mathematics and Physics from a recognized Board by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Navik (DB): Candidates must have passed the 10th class from a recognized Board by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
