Mode of Employment: Full-time, on-site
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an approximately 1-hour break. Sunday is the weekly off.
Salary Condition: The monthly salary of ₹15,650 is applicable only after final selection, appointment, and joining as a regular employee. The selected employee first serves a 3-month paid probation period.
Experience: Not mandatory. Experience in research, spreadsheets or data handling, office administration, costing, e-commerce or inventory is preferred.

Educational Qualification
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass from a recognised Board.
Preferred Qualification: Graduation (not mandatory).
Skills Required
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Word or documents, and structured digital records.
Research Ability: Ability to research products and the market online, compare data, organise sources and explain findings clearly.
Numerical Understanding: Basic understanding of numbers for costing, profitability and production analysis. The studio provides training for its role-specific tools and processes.
Language: Assamese communication is required. Basic Hindi and English are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Product Research: Identify suitable and trending products, study competitors and demand, and prepare product pipelines for management.
Costing and Production Analysis: Work out material use, support and waste, print time, manufacturing cost, selling price and profitability.
Licence Research: Prepare product-wise licence and permission information for management review. Final licence purchase and commercial release remain with the Proprietor.
Business Records: Maintain product master data, SKU codes, inventory, production and sales records, invoice data, supplier documents and attendance and payment records.
Reporting and Tracking: Prepare spreadsheets, reports and presentations for management, and review actual market response to recommend whether a product should continue, change, be held or be replaced.
Selection Process
Stage 1: Application Screening. Applications are checked for basic eligibility and suitability.
Stage 2: Interview. Shortlisted candidates receive the date, time and location separately by WhatsApp or email. There is no open walk-in interview.
Stage 3: Paid Practical Assessment. Only interview finalists take part in this 10-working-day supervised real-work assessment, which normally runs for about 3 hours on each scheduled day. Candidates receive separate remuneration of up to ₹5,000 in total, made up of scheduled-participation pay and milestone-performance components. This amount is not the monthly salary, and the regular salary starts only after joining.
Stage 4: Final Management Review. Management reviews performance, accuracy, research quality, costing and records quality, presentation, learning ability and reliability.
Stage 5: Final Selection. Only the final selected candidate receives the Appointment Letter and the confirmed joining date. Completing the assessment does not by itself guarantee employment.
