CUET UG Online Form 2026
On 1st March 2025, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released a public notification regarding the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2025. CUET (UG) provides a single-window opportunity for students seeking admission to Central Universities and other participating universities across India for the Academic Session 2026-27. As per the official notification, CUET (UG) 2026 is tentatively scheduled to be conducted between 11 and 31 May 2026 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

CUET UG Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: There is no age limit for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG. However, candidates will be required to fulfil the age criteria (if any) specified by the University/ Institution/ Organization in which they are seeking admission.
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination, or are appearing in 2026, are eligible to appear in the CUET (UG) – 2025 examination.
CUET UG Exam Fee
The candidates willing to participate in the CUET UG Exam conducted by the NTA must pay examination fees according to their category to complete the online application process. The category-wise details of the applicable fees are outlined in the following table.

Payment Method: Candidates can pay their application fee through an online payment gateway. Candidates should have any of the following options to make the payment: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
How to Apply for CUET UG Exam?
The candidates who are eligible and willing to participate in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG must submit their online applications through the official web portal of NTA. It’s important to note that only applications submitted through the official web portal will be accepted, and submissions through other modes or mediums will be considered invalid. | Additionally, you will receive an acknowledgement copy of your submission. |
| Make sure to keep the acknowledgement copy for future reference. |

About CUET (UG) 2026
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG – 2025) is being introduced for admission into all undergraduate programs in all Central Universities for the academic session 2025-26 under the Ministry of Education (MoE). The CUET will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, particularly those from rural and remote areas, and help establish better connectivity with the universities. A single examination will enable candidates to reach a wider audience and participate in the admissions process for various Central Universities.
About the National Testing Agency
The Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GoI), has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous, and self-sustained premier testing organization under the Societies Registration Act (1860). The NTA’s mandate is to conduct efficient, transparent, and internationally standardized tests to assess the competency of candidates for admission to premier higher education institutions.
