The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has successfully conducted the written examinations for 12,673 vacancies under the Assam Direct Recruitment. ADRE Application Process
The online application process for Assam Direct Recruitment 2023 was conducted from 10 November 2023 to 29 December 2023. During this period, nearly 20 lakh applications were submitted by eligible candidates. Out of these, 8,27,130 applications were for Paper 1 (HSLC), 5,52,002 for Paper 2 (Class VIII), 11,23,204 for Paper 3 (HSSLC), 5,29,989 for Paper 4 (Bachelor’s Degree), and 2,04,091 for Paper 5 (Driver). All applications were submitted through the official online portal.

ADRE Exam Question Papers
The State-Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) released the question papers on its official website after the completion of the examinations, as candidates were not permitted to take the papers home. Assam Direct Recruitment OMR
In a move to further enhance transparency, the Honorable Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, announced that candidates would have access to a scanned copy of their original OMR sheets used during the examination. To obtain the scanned copy, candidates were required to pay a nominal fee of ₹50 and submit a request. Assam Direct Recruitment Result Date
On 7th March 2025 at midnight, the Assam Direct Recruitment Results for both Grade-III and Grade-IV vacancies were officially declared by the State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC). As per statements made by the Honorable Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Government of Assam is planning to distribute appointment letters for various recruitments, including the Assam Direct Recruitment, on 10 May 2025.
