ADRE Application Process
The application process for the Assam Direct Recruitment (ADR) was facilitated by the State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) through an online portal. Eligible candidates had the convenience of submitting their applications directly through this portal from their preferred locations. To minimize the overlap of appointments, SLRC introduced a basic registration process this year, linking the candidates’ employment registration numbers with their application numbers, a change from the previous year’s procedure. Additionally, in a departure from past practices, SLRC decided not to charge any application fee during the application process, allowing candidates to submit their applications free of charge. Furthermore, this year, SLRC provided an application correction window, offering candidates the opportunity to rectify any errors made during the submission of their applications.

ADRE Admit Card Issue Date
The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has decided to release admit cards gradually for all exams conducted under the Assam Direct Recruitment. In the first phase, the admit cards for the ADRE HSSLC Examination were recently issued on 2nd September 2024. Similarly, the ADRE Bachelor Degree and Driver Examination admit cards were issued on 16th September 2024 at 11 AM. Also, the admit cards for Grade-IV exams have been issued on 15th October 2024 at 11:30 AM. Further details are provided in the following table:

Assam Direct Recruitment Admit Card Download Guide
Selection Process of Assam Direct Recruitment
Candidates who have submitted their online applications for the Assam Direct Recruitment will participate in a two-phased selection process. In the first phase, candidates will appear in the written examination conducted at various examination centres across the state. Based on their performance in the written examination, shortlisted candidates will be called for the second phase.
The second phase of ADRE consists of various tests that are administered according to the category of the posts. Typically, candidates will participate in the Viva-Voce, Interview, or Skill Test as part of the second phase of the selection process. This phase will be held in Guwahati for all candidates.
