AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has announced the recruitment of Junior Executives in various disciplines through GATE 2023, GATE 2024, and GATE 2025 scores. Pay Scale: The post of Junior Executive is a Group-B, E-1 level position with a pay scale of ₹40000-3%-140000. The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) per annum would be around ₹13 lakhs.
Educational Qualification
Junior Executive (Architecture): Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registered with Council of Architecture.
Junior Executive (Engineering- Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Civil.
Junior Executive (Engineering- Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electrical.
Junior Executive (Electronics): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
Junior Executive (Information Technology): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technical in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ IT / Electronics. OR Masters in Computer Application (MCA).
Other Criteria: Candidates must possess a valid GATE score from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025 in the corresponding GATE paper mentioned above. No prior experience is required for these posts.

The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 27 years as on 27 September 2025.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms:

Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹300 through online mode only.
Fee Exemption: SC/ST/PwBD candidates, Apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship training in AAI, and all Female candidates are exempted from payment of the fee.
Selection Process
The selection process for the AAI Junior Executive posts will be based on the GATE scores from 2023, 2024, or 2025. Equal weightage will be given to scores from all three years.
Step 1: Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for Application Verification based on their GATE scores in the respective discipline.
Step 2: Application Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the verification of their original documents and eligibility criteria.
Step 3: Final Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on the GATE scores of the candidates who successfully complete the Application Verification process.
Resolution of Tie Cases: In case of a tie in GATE scores, the candidate older in age will be ranked higher. If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in the qualifying degree will be given preference.
