The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued two official notifications for the recruitment of a total of 4660 posts of Constable (Executive) and Sub-Inspector (Executive) under the Railway Protection Force (RPF). The online application process began on 15th April 2024, and the last date to submit applications is 14th May 2024. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official web portal.

1. Constable (Executive)
No of Posts: 4208 Posts
Notification No: RPF CEN 02/2024
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed the class 10 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Age Limit: Candidates’ age should be between 18 years and 28 years as of 1st July 2024.
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
2. Sub-Inspector (Executive)
No of Posts: 452 Posts
Notification No: RPF CEN 01/2024
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a graduate degree from a recognized university.
Age Limit: Candidates’ age should be between 20 years and 28 years as of 1st July 2024.
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Application Fee of RRB Recruitment
Candidates are required to pay the application fee to complete the online application process. The fee may vary based on the reservation category of the candidates. The detailed information regarding the applicable fee will be updated below after the official notification is issued.

Candidates who pay Rs.250/- as the application fee will be refunded, duly deducting bank charges as applicable, upon appearing in the CBT. Similarly, candidates who pay Rs.500/- as the application fee will be refunded an amount of Rs.400/-, duly deducting bank charges as applicable, upon appearing in the CBT.
Payment Method: Candidates can pay their application fee through an online payment gateway. Candidates should have any one of the following options to make the payment – Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI. Also, payment through bank challan is possible.
How to Apply for RRB Recruitment?
Candidates who find themselves eligible as per the official notification from the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) can submit their applications through the official web portal of the RRB.
