The National Register of Citizens (NRC) of Assam has been updated under the supervision of the Supreme Court of India. After multiple verifications, the concerned authority of NRC, Assam, issued the final and complete NRC list on 14th September 2019. Before the announcement of the final list, several supplementary lists were released.
