DEE Assam Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification
For Special Educator (LP School):
a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education), recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
b) The candidate must have passed the ATET/CTET for LP Schools.
For Special Educator (UP School):
a) Graduate with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education), recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
b) The candidate must have passed the ATET/CTET for UP Schools.
Age Limit (as on 1 August 2025)
The candidate must be a minimum of 18 years of age and not more than the maximum age limit mentioned below:

Other Criteria
Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be permanent residents of Assam.
Small Family Norms: No person having more than two living children on or after 1 January 2021 from a single or multiple partners shall be eligible for appointment. Candidates must submit a self-declaration at the time of application.
Language Proficiency: Either Language-I or Language-II of both ATET and CTET candidates must match the medium of instruction of the school where the candidate wishes to apply.
