Chief Minister Special Scholarship Scheme
Chief Minister Special Scholarship Scheme was launched in 2012 by the Government of Assam. In this scholarship scheme Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam conducts a competitive examination for the students of class 5th and 8th in every academic year and the successful students are rewarded. Thousands of students are benefiting from this special scholarship and this year it was conducted in February 2020.

Chief Minister Special Scholarship Scheme Exam 2019 was conducted on 1st and 2nd February 2020 by the examination authority for all the students of class 5th and class 8th of Assam. Under this special scholarship scheme, the Assam government searches for the talented students of Assam and also provides the scholarship amount on the basis of merit. All eligible candidates are advised to communicate with the Principal or Head of the Institute to know more about this scheme.
